At events with KRUU, guests are recorded: photos are taken in the KRUU photo booth and, depending on the booked package, voice messages are left in the KRUU Audio Guestbook. So that all guests know what happens to their recordings, we provide event hosts with a printable notice. It briefly explains which recordings are made, who can see them, that use is voluntary and who to contact with questions about the use or deletion of recordings.
During the event, pictures from the photo booth can be viewed and downloaded by all guests on-site in the photo booth gallery. Depending on the package, they can also be shared with all event guests via the KRUU App or an online gallery after the event.
With the KRUU Audio Guestbook, guests can leave personal voice messages. The messages are recorded, saved and made available to the event host after the event. Here too, use is voluntary. So that guests know their message will be recorded before they start speaking, we recommend also placing the notice clearly visible right next to the Audio Guestbook.
Simply print the notice and place it clearly visible next to the photo booth – and, if applicable, next to the Audio Guestbook – at your event.
