Personal voice notes are recorded directly on the photo booth. Since it is conveniently delivered to your preferred address and set up in under 5 minutes, your audio guestbook is also ready to use immediately.

No! The KRUU Audio Guestbook is fully integrated into the KRUU Photo Booth. You do not need a separate phone, an extra table, or a power supply. Upon delivery, you will receive a microphone that connects directly to the photo booth.

The microphone of the KRUU Audio Guestbook offers decisive advantages: it features a built-in speaker for your welcome message and ensures high-quality recordings. The biggest plus: Unlike a classic phone receiver, entire groups can comfortably record their well-wishes simultaneously at the KRUU Photo Booth.

You can easily rent the KRUU Audio Guestbook as an add-on to your KRUU Photo Booth during the booking process. Select your photo booth package and add the add-on with a single click so we can deliver everything together on time to your preferred address.

Yes! A greeting is set by default. You can easily replace it with your personal welcome message (max. 20 sec.) in the KRUU App before shipping. Your guests will hear it at the KRUU Photo Booth before they start their own recording.

Your guests simply select the "Audio" function on the KRUU Photo Booth touchscreen. Afterwards, they have up to 60 seconds for their voice note via the microphone. Guests can listen back to the recording again before saving it.

No later than seven days after the KRUU Photo Booth returns to the warehouse, all voice notes will be uploaded and ready in the KRUU App. They are saved there alongside your photos—so you have all your memories in one central place to listen to, view, download or share.

Just like your photos, the voicemails from the KRUU Audio Guestbook are securely saved in the KRUU App for 3 months. During this time, you can listen to and download them as often as you like to keep these special memories forever.

In the KRUU App, the voicemails are exclusively available to you as the event host. You have full control over your data: you can listen to the recordings from the KRUU Audio Guestbook at your leisure, download them, and decide for yourself which moments you want to share with your guests.

Yes, as long as your KRUU Photo Booth has not yet been prepared for shipping, you can add the KRUU Audio Guestbook as an add-on in the customer portal. This ensures that the microphone is delivered directly in the same delivery as your KRUU Photo Booth.
