The Promotion
To mark ten years of KRUU, every paid-for purchase of a Premium photo booth bundle package made during the Campaign Period is automatically entered for the chance to win that booking back — 10 Premium photo booths, entirely on us, given away over the course of the campaign.
Prize
Winners will have the choice between two options:
Additional services such as setup and teardown, travel fees, or customized products are not included unless they were part of the original qualifying Premium booking. The prize is non-transferable, and cash payment in lieu of the stated options is excluded, unless the refund option is chosen.
KRUU “10 Years of KRUU” Official Rules
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
These Official Rules govern the “10 Years of KRUU” Anniversary Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), sponsored by KRUU US Inc. for entrants in the United States, and by KRUU GmbH for entrants in the European Union (each a “Sponsor” for their respective region).
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of (a) the contiguous United States, or (b) the European Union and Germany, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who complete a paid-for purchase of a qualifying Premium photo booth bundle package with the Sponsor in their respective region during the Campaign Period. A purchase is required to enter; there is no free method of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and each of their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and EU/national laws and regulations.
2. Campaign Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. on September 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on November 11, 2026, in each entrant’s local time zone (the “Campaign Period”). Only Premium bookings placed and confirmed within the Campaign Period are eligible. Bookings placed before or after the Campaign Period will not be eligible, regardless of the date of the booked event.
3. How to Enter
A paid purchase is required to enter. Entry into the Giveaway requires the completed, paid-for purchase of a Premium KRUU Photo Booth bundle package during the Campaign Period. No separate entry form is required, and there is no free or alternate method of entry — entry occurs automatically upon completion of a qualifying paid Premium booking. Limit one entry per qualifying Premium booking. Bookings for Lite, Basic, or Audio Guestbook (MiLa) packages, and Premium bookings that are not paid in full, cancelled, or refunded prior to the applicable weekly drawing, are not eligible for entry.
4. Prize Structure and Winner Selection
A total of ten (10) Premium photo booths will be given away over the course of the Campaign Period, at a rate of one winner per week, per participating region/country. Each week during the Campaign Period, Sponsor’s Customer Care team will randomly select one winner from among that week’s eligible Premium bookings in each region and will contact the winner directly to notify them and offer them the choice of prize described above. Sponsor’s decisions regarding winner selection are final and binding.
5. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by Sponsor’s Customer Care team by email and/or phone within the week following their qualifying booking. If a selected winner does not respond within a reasonable notification period, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from that week’s eligible entries.
6. Prize Details
The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners who choose the voucher option must use the voucher for a future Premium booking within the validity period stated at the time of issuance. Winners who choose the refund option will be refunded via their original payment method. Any taxes, fees, or other expenses not specifically described in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Participant Representations
By entering, each participant represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements above and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in the Giveaway, the qualifying booking, acceptance or use of the prize, or any Giveaway-related activity.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
10. Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway (e.g., name, contact details, booking information) will only be used for administering the Giveaway and contacting winners. Data processing will be carried out in accordance with the applicable Sponsor’s privacy policy.
11. Liability Disclaimer
Sponsor is not liable for technical disruptions preventing a qualifying booking or entry into the Giveaway, or for damages arising from accepting or using the prize.
12. Modification or Cancellation of the Giveaway
Sponsor reserves the right to change, suspend, or end the Giveaway at any time without prior notice for important reasons, such as force majeure, technical issues, or other organizational issues that prevent the proper execution of the Giveaway.

The legal path is excluded.
