These Official Rules govern the KRUU Photo Booth Contest (“Contest”), sponsored by KRUU US Inc., 6115 East 13 Mile Rd, Warren, Michigan 48092 (“Sponsor”).
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and each of their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
To enter, participants must submit their event photos and/or videos to support-us@kruu.com using WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or another link-based file transfer method accepted by Sponsor such as this Google Form. Entries must be submitted no later than two weeks after the participant’s event date. Limit one entry per event unless Sponsor expressly approves otherwise in writing.
Submitted content must be original, created by the entrant, and must not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights. Content must not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.
One winner will be selected each calendar month during the Contest Period, for a total of five winners. Winners will be chosen by the KRUU team based on creativity, authenticity, overall quality, and promotional value of the submitted content. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
Each monthly winner will receive a full refund of the KRUU Photo Booth rental fee for the qualifying booking associated with the winning submission, limited to the Lite, Basic, or Premium rental package. The winner may also elect to waive the refund of their KRUU Photo Booth rental fee, and instead elect to receive a voucher code for a free KRUU Photo Booth rental in the future. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any taxes, fees, or other expenses not specifically described in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners will be notified by email and/or SMS text message at the end of each month. Message and data rates may apply. If a selected winner does not respond within the stated notification period, or is found to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
By submitting an entry, each participant grants Sponsor and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit the submitted content, in whole or in part, for marketing, advertising, website, social media, and other promotional purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Participants also consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, event details, and social media handle, if provided, in connection with the submission and promotion of the Contest.

By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of participation in the Contest, submission or use of content, acceptance or use of the prize, or any Contest-related activity.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
The personal data collected during the raffle (e.g., name, address, email) will only be used for conducting the raffle and contacting the winner in the event of a prize. Data processing will be carried out in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
The Sponsor is not liable for technical disruptions preventing participation in the raffle or for damages arising from accepting or using the prize.
The Sponsor reserves the right to change, suspend, or end the contest at any time without prior notice due to important reasons, such as force majeure, technical issues, or other organizational issues that prevent the proper execution of the raffle.
