These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the use of the App "KRUU", which is offered by KRUU GmbH, a company registered in Germany. By installing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these GTC.
1. The app serves as a platform for the participants of an event to upload, comment and like photos.
2. Participants are responsible for the content they upload, comment on or like. KRUU GmbH will not be responsible for the content provided by participants.
3. The app may only be used for lawful purposes. Participants may not upload, comment on, or like content that violates applicable law.
4. All user data will be stored on European servers operated by KRUU GmbH and its vicarious agents and treated in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
5. Participants must inform themselves about the compliance with applicable law in connection with the content they upload, comment on or like. KRUU GmbH reserves the right to remove, without notice and for any reason, content that violates known applicable laws.
6. After the KRUU photo booth has been returned and checked, the photos taken with the KRUU photo booth during the event are also accessible in the app and can be commented and liked by the participants.
7. Users acknowledge that KRUU GmbH has the right to create graphic proposals for print products, such as photo books or thank-you cards, using its own software or the software of its vicarious agents. Users acknowledge that the production of the above-mentioned printed products, upon acceptance of the proposals created by KRUU GmbH or its vicarious agents, is subject to a charge. The prices for the products are visible in the app and payment is due upon order. Users may reject or accept these proposals, with the final decision lying with the users.
8. By using the app, the participant agrees to these GTC. Participants will be notified of any changes to these GTC within a reasonable period of time.
9. These GTC are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Heilbronn.
10. Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Instead of the invalid provision, the statutory provision shall apply.
