Participation in the competition of the KRUU GmbH, Salinenstraße 23, 74177 Bad Friedrichshall, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
Competition procedure
The duration of the competition extends from 01.12.2018, 00:01 o'clock to 24.12.2018, 23:59 o'clock. Within this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in the competition online.
Participation
In order to participate in the respective competition, you must comment on the corresponding blog entry on our website. In addition, the respective contribution can be commented on Facebook. This increases the chances of winning. The prize will be drawn among the commentators. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the deadline will not be considered for the draw. It is strictly forbidden to use several emai addresses to increase the chance of winning.
Who is allowed to participate?
Eligible to participation are natural persons who live in Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands and have reached the age of 14.
If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All persons and employees of the operator involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and their family members are not entitled to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these Rules, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the contest.

The winners of the prize draw will be informed promptly via a separate email about the prize.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the winnings are not possible.
Any costs incurred for sending the prizes will be paid by the operator. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 3 weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
Completion of the competition
The organizer has the right to end the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the scheduled course of the competition.
Data privacy
Personal data is required to participate in the competition. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him, in particular first name, surname and email address are truthful and correct.
The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without their consent.
In the event of a prize, the winner agrees to the publication of his name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the operator and its social media platforms.
The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be addressed in writing to the contact details of the organizer given in the imprint area of the competition app. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision shall apply which comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
