You have the possibility to buy our vouchers via our website. Your KRUUPON will be sent out (at buyers choice by e-mail or by mail) as soon as we receive your payment.
Once you have chosen a product or service on KRUU.com, you can enter your KRUUPON code directly in the shopping basket via the payment method, enter and redeem it. Please make sure to enter each character correctly. If you have received the KRUUPON by email, you can also copy and paste the code into the input field. If the entered code is redeemed correctly, the amount gets automatically deducted from your shopping cart.
All KRUUPONS you purchase on KRUU.com have a legal expiry date of three years. This applies for three years from the end of the year in which the voucher was issued. The amount of a voucher cannot be paid out in cash, but it is possible to transfer the KRUUPON to another person.
Check that you have entered the voucher code correctly. It may happen that you accidentally enter a space bar, which immediately invalidates the code. If you are still not lucky enough to redeem your KRUUPON, please contact our customer service. We will check your case individually and help you out. ATTENTION: Voucher codes cannot be added to an order retroactively! If your code doesn't work, please don't just finalize your order, because we can't credit your voucher afterwards.
You have bought a KRUUPON, already paid and not yet received? If you requested your KRUUPON by e-mail: Please check your spam first, because it can happen that our voucher arrives there by mistake. If the email has not arrived there either, please contact our customer service. If you requested your KRUUPON by mail: In standard shipping the voucher will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please be patient, as it can sometimes take longer than that. If after 7 days your KRUUPON has still not arrived, please contact our customer service for verification.
Of course we protect your personal data, in this case your e-mail address and possibly your shipping address. This data will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances, nor will it be used by us for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
You have the right to the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period. This means that you can revoke this contract in writing without giving reasons. You can find more details in our General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of vouchers.
