Participation in the competition of the KRUU GmbH, hereinafter referred to as operator or organizer, is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these conditions of participation.
Competition procedure
The duration of the competition extends from 01.07.2018, 00:01 o'clock to 31.07.2018, 23:59 o'clock. Within this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in the competition online.
Participation
To take part in the competition, a KRUU Fotobox must be booked for the month of July. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Bookings received after the closing date for entries will not be considered for the draw. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple email addresses to increase your chances of winning.
Who is allowed to participate?
Eligible to participation are natural persons who live in Germany, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands and have reached the age of 14.
If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All persons and employees of the operator involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and their family members are not entitled to participate in the competition. In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are justified reasons, for example (a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the competition, (b) in the event of breaches of these Rules, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the contest.
Winning, Notification and Transmission of the Prize
The following prizes will be awarded:
Fotobox-Flatrate (use of the KRUU Fotobox from 01.08.2018 to 31.07.2019 on 12 dates. The dates can be freely chosen within this period. Refill material will be provided to the customer. There are no further costs. The price paid for the booking in July 2018 will be refunded to the customer).
The winners will be determined after the closing date in a random draw among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have carried out the task correctly will be entered into the drawing.
The winners of the prize draw will be informed promptly via a separate email about the prize.
The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the winnings are not possible.
Any costs incurred for sending the prizes will be paid by the operator. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 3 weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
Completion of the competition
The organizer has the right to end the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the scheduled course of the competition.
Data privacy
Personal data is required to participate in the competition. The participant assures that the personal data provided by him, in particular first name, surname and email address are truthful and correct.
The organiser points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use without their consent.
In the event of a prize, the winner agrees to the publication of his name and place of residence in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the operator and its social media platforms.
The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be addressed in writing to the contact details of the organizer given in the imprint area of the competition app. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

Applicable Law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition are to be addressed to the operator. Contact possibilities can be found in the imprint area of the website of the organizer.
The competition of the operator is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability Clause
Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Conditions of Participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision shall apply which comes closest in economic terms to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these Conditions of Participation.
